Just One day after leading Simba SC to the Caf Champions League Group stages. The club confirmed coach Sven Vandenbroeck has left.
According to a statement released by the club on its social media pages. The Dutch left on mutual consent.
Vandenbroeck has managed to win three cups for the club.
The decision has shocked many football fans across the country with some wondering why they had parted ways with a coach, who had guided them to the group stage of the competition for the third time in history.
Simba appointed the 41-year-old Belgian to take charge of the team in December 2019 after sacking Patrick Aussems a month earlier.
